President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Mr. Ekezie Emeka Rollas and top producer Mo Abudu are two individuals from the Nigerian film industry popularly known as Nollywood, who will mount the rostrum on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 as President Buhari confers National Honours on Nigerians.
Other members of the Entertainment industry who will bag honours at the event slated to hold at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, include superstar musician, Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Face, Grammy awards winner, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu(Burna Boy) and Teniola Apata (Teni).
The AGN president will get the award of Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) alongside 2Face and Teni, while Burna Boy will get the higher medal of the Member of the order of the Federal Republic(MFR). Mo Abudu on the other hand, will get the prestigious Officer of the order of the Niger, OON medal.
President Buhari will at the event, also honour his Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity. Mr. Femi Adesina alongside other 432 others. Adesina will be given the Officer of the Niger(OON) medal.
